What are your operating hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, all year around, we never close (not even during holiday periods).
Is VAT included in the fare?
There is NO VAT applicable on this type of transfer.
Is Gratuity (tip) included in the fare?
No, it is up to you to gratuite or not.
Do I have to make a booking in advance, or can I call when I arrive.
Without a booking you may have to wait 30mins - 1 hour.
How can I complain?
You can either email the manager or telephone. (0151 738 0077) Our call centre will take the brief details of the complaint then a manager or supervisor will deal with the complaint.
How can I pay for my transfer?
Cash payment can be made to our driver on the day for most transfers. In some cases deposits are required depending on the type of transfer. Credit/Debit card is accepted by phone. Payment by cheque will be accepted but must be cleared before your transfer. All business accounts must be settled 20 days after invoice date.
